We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines through our accredited third-party courier partners.
For shipments, we work with trusted providers such as LBC Express to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Order processing may take approximately 1–3 business days, depending on:
- Product availability
- Customization or resizing requirements
- Volume of orders during peak periods
Once your order is ready and picked up by the courier, shipping timelines are estimated as follows:
- Metro Manila / NCR: 3–5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. All timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Fees & Insurance
Shipping fees and shipment insurance are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Courier rates
- Cost of the product
Applicable shipping and insurance fees will be communicated prior to dispatch or upon checkout.

Upon receipt:
- A valid ID may be required for verification
- A signature may be requested upon delivery
Orders are considered successfully delivered and accepted once received and acknowledged at the provided shipping address.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. Any re-delivery or adjustments due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
